Dr. Riffle is owner and CEO of Santa Cruz Grants and Consulting. With 7+ years of subject matter expertise in the grants industry, she has raised and managed over 12 million dollars for school districts and nonprofits. She also conducted grant writing/management training for many Southern Arizona organizations. Additionally, she has 16 years of experience in the following areas: university educator, school district administrator, special education teacher and deaf education teacher. In her tenure, she honed her skills and talent for writing successful grants and providing training in all facets of fundraising. She tackles each project as she did for researching/writing her doctoral dissertation. Along with experience as a federal grant reviewer, she is an active member and Treasurer of the Grant Professionals Association for the Southern Arizona chapter. Clients she works with must adhere to the GPA Code of Ethics. She is the proud wife of an Air Force veteran who was awarded the Bronze Star for his heroism and the mother of a daughter who started her own nonprofit in Jinja, Uganda serving disabled children: Obwaagazi Children's Foundation.
