I’m a designer of brand experiences.

I’m fascinated by businesses and everything it takes to transform them into indispensable brands. I believe the key is understanding human needs and motivations. Discovering customer insight is thrilling to me because it fuels my creativity and helps me develop brand experiences that not only solve challenges, but also unlock new possibilities.

I'm currently the Experience Design Director for Axis41. I have been with the agency since 2006, and have played a key role in growing and shaping the UX practice across disciplines. In my 16 years of experience, I have collaborated closely with researchers, content strategists, business strategists, and technical talent to create user-centered websites, apps, and multi-channel campaigns. I have worked with a variety of brands such as Adobe, American Express, Stanford Health Care, SafeNet, Novell, and O.C. Tanner, turning insights into inspiring experiences.
