As a jet fighter squadron commander LIEUTENANT COLONEL ALBERT J. AMATUZIO had ample opportunity to witness synthetic lubricants in action. These oils are used exclusively in jet engines because of three extraordinary performance characteristics: an ability to reduce friction and wear on engine components, an ability to function dependably at severe temperature extremes and an ability to withstand rigorous and lengthy engine operation without chemical breakdown.

I have been a part of different divisions within Adtech Global. This has allowed me to become well versed in the overall operation and dealing with all of Adtech Global’s customers and businesses. I have been responsible for daily management activities of existing accounts, within our OEM division, our Enterprise Customer division and currently, our Channel organization.

Although different customer bases and different end users, my role has included the following:
• customer support, order processing, invoicing
• selling hardware & software products and services.
• Our newest offerings include SaaS and Managed Services.

I have performed business development in existing accounts as well as worked to expand our current customer base

I was an integral part in accessing current operational practices and contributing to the implementation of new and improved operational processes and procedures.

I was one of 2 involved in our implementation for Sales team and was a (SFDC) administrator. I am now a super user of our Microsoft CRM application.

For the last 3-4 years, I have been involved heavily in our Contact Center business, which has been selling the Verint WFO suite of products. Well versed in the Verint WFO and Avaya branded WFO suite of products, including Compliance Recording, Quality Monitoring (QM), Workforce Management (WFM) and Workforce Optimization (WFO). Also responsible with selling to partners and endusers our Cloud WFO solution, also known as Stratx ( ). Part of the channel sales team that has worked with our reseller partners to make sure the proper solution is designed by our Solution Architects and make sure the proper handoffs are made to our professional services/implementations teams.
