Experience by working with clients to develop strong value propositions for customers and channel partners. Provide some of the most respected field-focused reports on operational challenges and opportunities of
rolling out DFS solutions. Training and Workshops Develop comprehensive and customised agent training
modules. Support The Helix Institute of Digital Finance that offers a range of experiential learning courses.
Convene peer-to-peer exchanges to discuss the real challenges of operationalising digital financial services.
Monitoring Product performance through quarterly product reviews and analysis Identify areas for
innovation to deliver superior value to customers Prepares product development objectives and schedules
for all phases of product development and introduction to market. Drive the product agenda for all
bank products by facilitating project management and coordination. Conducts marketing analysis to
develop product definitions. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing
and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market
opportunities. Develops and maintains a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for products. Provides financial and marketing justification for product selection and definition. Produces competitive
analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors. Establishes dealer networks and creates
and manages alliances with sales channels. Maintains communications and contacts to collect and
analyze marketing, financial, schedule, and sales information for product line. Assist with managing the
product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase. Advise on product
placement and promotion in digital media.
First level technical support for Payment Banking, M-banking solutions, multi-payments channel
applications across various platforms. In liaison with the Account Relationship Managers across the
network in Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Retail Banking departments, review the portfolio of their
customers with a view to determining potential clients for e-banking business. Initiate new leads for e-
Banking business, follow up on all leads generated from within and outside the department and successfully conclude all viable leads generated. Make e-banking presentations and demonstrations both to internal &
external customers. Ensure training of all Branches. Consistently generate sales target lists for assigned
branches and telesales team. Manage and monitor performance of branches and assigned portfolios.
Effectively manage attrition of existing portfolios to a minimal level. In conjunction with IT, ensure client
is adequately trained after set up of the client in the system. Continuously analyze the customers needs for
development/introduction of more e-banking solutions to ensure that the Bank has a competitive edge against
