Previously worked as a Technical Team Leader in a web hosting company. I have been working as Technical/Customer Service Specialist for 7 years now. I have extensive knowledge and skills about WHM, Cpanel, DNS, Domains, Web and Email Hosting, FTP, Database and others. To be able to assist and resolve customer's concern and issues at satisfactory level, is my best expertise. I am very familiar how ISP works, how to transfer website files, email setup, troubleshooting website and email issues, and others. I am diligent, fast learner, motivated and relentless when it comes to my job. I am also flexible, can do multitasking. I always perform at my best. I work with effectively and done things with efficiency. I am goal oriented and focus on how to achieve my goals. I am very passionate in every work that I do.
